Every member of our Team holds a high level of formal qualifications, have operated in various senior corporate roles and/or run businesses. Each person has a desire to assist clients and genuine passion for real estate.
Honesty and integrity are at the core of our philosophy. When appraising a property for sale, we use our knowledge of the current economic situation and many years of experience to provide you with clear advice on the current market value of your property and the marketing approach most suited to meeting your requirements.
Others may tell clients what they want to hear, known in the industry as ‘buying a listing’ but our reputation means we will only provide appraisals that can be supported. Our past and current clients are happy to offer testimonials to confirm our integrity.

Mike Loly
Mike has worked nationally and internationally in the resources sector for much of the last 30 years, which has included responsibility for a portfolio of 3500 houses, 200 community/commercial leases and land subdivisions/housing development.
His experience in property and finance is supported by formal qualifications with a Master of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Business degrees. To compliment his real estate experience, he a qualified Mortgage Broker.
Mike grew up in the coastal suburbs 50km south of Perth. His interest in property began in 1986 when he purchased an investment property in ‘The Hills’. In later years he invested and raised a family in Gooseberry Hill and now resides in South Perth.
Outside of work, Mike is an enthusiastic hockey player and a keen paddler.
Lawrie O'Neill
Lawrie has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry with qualification in Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking.
He is the Owner of a successful lifestyle and financial planning business and brings a strong reputation for assisting clients achieve their investment goals.
Lawrie was born and educated in the Great Southern and Central Wheatbelt (Katanning). Many of his clients live in the country areas and have investments in Perth. With an interest in real estate and a passion for helping clients he has now added real estate qualifications to his resume
Lawrie is a resident of North Beach where he represents Ultima Realty in the northern suburbs.
Outside of work, Lawrie is a keen golfer and sporting enthusiast.
Rob Chivers
Rob is a degree qualified engineer who holds a couple of Masters level degrees.
With a long and varied career, he has worked in mechanical engineering positions, for a merchant bank (JP Morgan) and as an academic coordinator at TAFE in engineering (China and Perth) .
He has held a Sales Registration qualification for ~14 years and has a keen interest in buying, renovating and selling property.
Rob lives is Shenton Park and operates in the Western Suburbs.
